This hotel is located in the center of the city, making it very convenient for exploring. It is surrounded by famous palaces and is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is also near the Oberbaum bridge, providing easy access to other parts of the city.
Some guests have mentioned that the staff at the front desk can come across as indifferent and not particularly friendly or helpful.
